We understand that the unexpected can happen, and you or your child may be unable to attend a program that you have signed up for. It is our policy at CMF to try to make accommodations for life’s unanticipated emergencies whenever possible, while still being able to cover the fixed costs of our programming.
Our Cancellation/Refund Policies are as follows:
Cancellations are only accepting in writing via e-mail. Please note that registrations for all programs include a non-refundable $150.00 deposit.
Greater than 30 days in advance: 100% program fee refunded less deposit.
29-11 days in advance: 50% program fee refunded less deposit
Cancellations received within 10 days of the program start are not eligible for refund.
In the case of a recurring program, registrants may also have the option of transferring their registration to a different date, depending on availability. Please reach out to Christina directly for more information at firstname.lastname@example.org.
